At TONE by AMP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely seal the box with the new shipping label visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
